We built Daily Five because
we needed it ourselves.
Our founder, Mark White, battled addiction early in life and has now been sober for over 23 years.
He knows firsthand the power of accountability, the courage it takes to take that first step, and the strength needed to keep going. His journey shapes everything we do, because real change starts with showing up for yourself.
