With DAILY FIVE, building positive habits is simple and backed by science. Inspired by Dr. Phillippa Lally’s research, our program helps you create lasting routines in as little as 21–60 days. Consistent practice brings structure, reduces decision fatigue, and frees up mental energy, promoting creativity, balance, and a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

  • What is DAILY FIVE?
    DAILY FIVE is a powerful wellness platform designed to boost your mental and physical health, in just five minutes a day. Choose from over 200 expert-led sessions, including Tai Chi, HIIT, Pilates, meditation, breath work, and more. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase energy, or build healthier habits, DAILY FIVE makes it easy to take that first step, and stick with it.
  • I'm a complete beginner. Is DAILY FIVE for me?
    Our sessions range from entry-level, right through to advanced, so you are never out of your depth. You also have the ability to set your difficulty level to ensure you are moving at a comfortable pace to your own abilities.
  • How much does DAILY FIVE cost?
    DAILY FIVE currently offers two membership tiers. A monthly pass for £10 a month, or an annual pass for £100.
  • What's included in my membership?
    As part of your membership you will gain access to the DAILY FIVE library consisting of over 200 different sessions covering numerous areas such as Hip Hop dance, Yoga, Mindset sessions, Tai Chi, HITT, Meditation, Gratitude sessions and many more... Every time you unlock a video it will be saved into your library, enabling you to combine sessions and come back to your favourite ones, over and over. You also gain access to our AI wellness assisstant, which can help you choose the right sessions based on an existing diagnosis.
  • Can I use DAILY FIVE for free?
    We do not currently offer a free trial of the DAILY FIVE platform, which is reflected in our monthly price.
  • What do I need to get started?
    All of our activities have been created with small spaces in mind. All you need to get involved in an area cleared of furniture, along with comfortable clothes. While we always advise people to utilise an exercise mat, and any appropriate equipment for their needs, tey are not a requirement to engage in a DAILY FIVE session.
  • How Do I Join?
