DAILY FIVE began with our founder, Mark White, and a personal truth he learned through years of building communities around wellbeing and gratitude: meaningful change doesn’t require time, it requires intention.

Life is busy, unpredictable, and often overwhelming. Mark saw that giving people five minutes of structured guidance; MOVE, CONNECT, REFLECT, could make wellbeing feel approachable again. From a founder’s lived experience to a global wellbeing platform, DAILY FIVE exists to help people navigate their day, reset their mind, and build habits that last. Simple, honest, and available to all.
